products that focus on their key audience. Design and implement both first and second tier websites including

Responsible for the progression of school planners throughout the production process from concept and
design through to implementation, printing and distribution. Account manager for over 250 universities and
schools across the country. Worked in a team to design, develop and execute comprehensive quality
control strategies to verify formatting and content of pre-press materials. Ensured four-color calendars
were pre-press ready. Worked closely with the marketing department to create and design packaging,
marketing campaigns and products using the Adobe Create Suite. Recruited, managed and oversaw
desktop publishers and their supervisors. Trained desktop publishers in the use of Adobe InDesign.
Production Supervisor / Graphic Designer, March 2004 – August 2004
Supervised and trained 16 desktop publishers working with Adobe Creative Suite. Assisted the account
manager to ensure school planners were formatted, proofed and files were pre-press ready. Proofing
included content, style, layout and consistency verification. Created eight, four-color template designs for
school planner covers. Worked with the marketing department on print designs for new products.
